We are home industry specialized in producing variety of food. Our main products are Milk fish, known as Bandeng Presto.
Bandeng Presto Gunung is home industry located on Kediri, Province East Java. We are uses high pressure cooking technique to remove harmful bones of the fish can be completely softened. Currently we are very passion to have chance exporting our product.
Bandeng Presto Gunung is very practice and healthy food. It readily prepared by deep frying or bakes it in the oven and serve hot / warm. Our Bandeng presto can be serving as deliciously savory with hot rice or even as a topping on open sandwiches. Bandeng Presto Gunung can be kept for 6 months-1 year in the cool place without reducing the freshness and nutrition. Beside that it is believed that milk fish also prevents rheumatoid arthritis.
